Booking Conditions and Price Bands A 20% deposit is payable with confirmation of booking. Balance required 8 weeks before start of holiday.

Insurance -  We operate a self insurance scheme for cancellations. In the event of the following circumstances we will refund payments made less an administration fee of £35 per booking if circumstances do not allow the holiday to be taken - 

Death, Accident or ill health of the person making the booking or traveling companions or to close relatives of guests. Medical certificate required. 

Exclusions are:

Pregnancy, pre-existing conditions at the time of booking, Suicide, Drug addiction and injuries resulting from hazardous sports. 

Redundancy. Written evidence required. Jury Service. Accidental damage to home rendering it uninhabitable within 14 days of start of holiday. The event of a notifiable animal disease e.g. foot and mouth in North Norfolk as confirmed by DEFRA.
